Shipping Areas

We ship exclusively to Georgia and the surrounding states: Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

- **Standard Ground Shipping**: 3-7 business days.

- **Expedited Shipping**: 2-3 business days (additional fee).

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

 

Delivery Conditions

- **Residential Deliveries**: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

- **Commercial Deliveries**: Ensure the receiving area is accessible during business hours.

- **Delivery Appointments**: May be scheduled for large or heavy orders.

 

Shipping Restrictions

- No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the specified states.

- Additional time and charges may apply for remote areas.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for assistance with damaged or missing items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Unused, unmodified items in original packaging.

  • Initiate within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Installed, used, or modified items.

  • Clearance/sale items, special orders, or custom-made products.

How to Initiate

  1. Contact Us: Email or call to start the process.

  2. Provide Information: Order number, item(s), reason.

  3. Return Authorization: Receive RA number and instructions.

  4. Return Shipping: Arrange and cover return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund issued to original payment method, minus restocking fees.

  • Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • Exchanges require new order placement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us immediately for resolution.
